The best LA venues and the first two December weekends go by mid-September. We can produce on shorter notice — we've delivered full events in 10 days — but earlier means better venues and better pricing. If you're late, call us anyway; that's exactly when a one-team producer helps most.
Our holiday packages run $44–55K for up to 100 guests, $88–110K for 100–250, and $168K+ for 250–500. Those are genuinely all-in — venue, catering, production, entertainment, staffing, plus the catering service charge and sales tax that most quotes leave out until the final invoice — custom-quoted after a 30-minute discovery call, with an on-budget guarantee in writing. If your budget is under $44K, ask about producer-only below.
Then producer-only is the better fit: $6,500 flat, up to 150 guests. You hold the vendor contracts and pay them directly — so you see every quote and keep every relationship — and we do the part that's hard to hire for. We source and negotiate the venue, book and manage the vendors, build the run of show, and run the night on site. It's the wrong choice if nobody on your side can sign vendor contracts and process invoices on a deadline; in that case take full production instead.
