For Producers & Agencies
We can run it. We'd rather run it with you.
Full-stack event production you can plug into — take one module or hand us the whole build. Partners, not vendors. Your client, your credit, your call.

How we plug in
Six modules. Take what you need.
Every module works standalone or stacked. You keep the client relationship and the creative lead — we slot in where your build has gaps.
01
Culture
Audience curation, scene credibility, and the cultural read that makes an LA room actually show up.
- Audience + community access
- Concept and cultural fit check
- Local scene partnerships
02
Talent
DJs, live acts, hosts, and speakers — booked, advanced, and directed by us.
- Booking + negotiation
- Advancing + day-of talent ops
- Programming and set architecture
03
Strategy
Begin with the end in mind. We define the business outcome first, then design the event backward from it.
- Outcome + KPI definition
- Sponsorship strategy and packaging
- Budget architecture
04
Logistics
Venue, permits, vendors, run-of-show, staffing — the unglamorous spine that makes the night look effortless.
- Venue sourcing 50–2,000 cap
- Vendor + staffing coordination
- Run-of-show and show-calling
05
Production
Full-stack A/V, staging, lighting, and check-in infrastructure — production-grade, not garage-band.
- Sound, lighting, 17ft+ stage rigs
- RFID check-in + live headcount
- On-site ops team
06
Content & Capture
The event is the beginning, not the end. Same-day clips carry the moment past the room.
- 3-camera capture crew
- Same-day social clips
- Recap reel + post-event report
Ways to work together
Three ways in.
White-Label Support
Your event, your brand, your client relationship. We supply the modules you need and stay invisible.
- ·Your name on everything
- ·NDA-friendly
- ·Fixed module pricing, scoped upfront
Co-Production
Shared build, shared credit. We bring audience, talent, and production; you bring yours. One P&L, agreed upfront.
- ·Shared billing + credit
- ·Split defined before announce
- ·Both audiences in the room
Surge Capacity
Your team is booked solid and a show landed anyway. Plug in our crew, stack, or show-caller for the night.
- ·Crew + gear on your run-of-show
- ·Day-rate or per-module
- ·We work under your lead
Why it works
The experience is the tool.
The outcome is the point.
Every build starts from the business result it's supposed to produce — for your client, and for you. Then we reverse-engineer the room, the lineup, and the content plan to get there. That's the discipline we bring to every partnership, whether we're fronting it or invisible.
Producer questions.
Do you take credit on white-label work?
No. White-label means white-label — your brand fronts the event, your client never hears our name unless you want them to. Credit terms go in the scope document before we start.
How does pricing work for producers?
Per module or per engagement, scoped upfront. Co-productions run on a shared P&L with the split agreed before anything is announced. No surprise line items.
Aren't we competitors?
Only if we both pretend one team can do everything. We'd rather be the crew you call when the brief is bigger than your bench — and we call you the same way.
PRODUCER TO PRODUCER
Tell us what you're building.
30 minutes, producer to producer. Bring the brief, the gaps, or just the idea — we'll tell you honestly which modules make sense and which you don't need us for.
