Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy covers payments made to Endless River Studios LLC ("Endless River") for event production, CROSS creator services, paid consultations and sessions, event tickets, and digital products.

If you have a signed agreement or approved proposal with us, its payment and cancellation terms come first. This page summarizes them and covers anything they leave out.

Setup is $1,000: $500 due on signing and $500 when you accept the launch scope. The monthly fee is $250, billed monthly in advance from your launch date.

The service runs month to month. Either side can end it with 30 days’ written notice, and email counts. Monthly fees already billed for a period that has started are not refunded.

If you cancel before launch, the first $500 of the setup fee is not refundable and nothing else is owed.

If we miss the launch date in your agreement, your first monthly fee is waived.

When the service ends, we send a CSV export of your fan database within 10 business days, and your site stays live for 30 days after the end date.

Event production work is always scoped in a written agreement or proposal. Deposits, cancellation windows, and what happens when a date moves are set out there.

Money we have already paid to venues, vendors, or talent on your behalf can only be returned to the extent they return it to us.

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before the start time and you get a full refund or a new time, whichever you prefer.

Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed, are not refunded. If we cancel, you get a full refund.

Tickets are non-refundable unless the event listing says otherwise.

If we cancel an event, every ticket is refunded in full. If we move it to a new date, you can keep your ticket or ask for a full refund within 14 days of the announcement.

If a download or template does not work or is not what was described, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will fix it or refund you in full.

Email slowsie@endlessriver.org with your name, what you bought, and the date. We reply within 2 business days.

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually show up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most problems are faster to fix directly.
